These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hello Baby! 3D/4D Ultrasound ("Hello Baby!," "we," "us," or "our") website and services. By booking an appointment, purchasing from us, using our website, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms.

Elective, Non-Diagnostic Service

Hello Baby! provides elective, keepsake 3D/4D ultrasound experiences for bonding and entertainment purposes. Our sessions are not a substitute for diagnostic imaging, prenatal care, or medical advice, and we do not diagnose or evaluate the health of you or your baby. We strongly recommend that you are under the care of an obstetric provider and have had, or have scheduled, your medically recommended diagnostic ultrasounds. Any questions about your health or your baby's health should be directed to your provider.

Appointments, Booking & Payment

Appointments are booked online through our scheduling provider or by contacting us directly. Prices for sessions, packages, and add-ons are as listed at the time of booking and may change. Payment is due as described at booking. Payments and financing are processed by third-party providers (such as Cherry and Shopify); your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time to another family. Any deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling requirements will be communicated to you at the time of booking. If your baby is not cooperative during a session, package terms regarding return visits apply as described for that package.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable toward our services, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Additional terms may be shown at the time of purchase.

SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number to Hello Baby! and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Hello Baby! at the number you provided.

Program description: Hello Baby!'s SMS program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, replies to customer inquiries, and occasional promotional messages about our 3D/4D ultrasound services and packages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Hello Baby! does not charge for SMS messages.

Opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide through SMS will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Hello Baby! and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Images and videos we capture during your session are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use; we may also use anonymized session images for marketing with your consent.
